These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Advance Wiring website and hiring us for electrical work. Please read them carefully before requesting an estimate or scheduling service.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the Advance Wiring website located at advancewiring.com (the "Site"), requesting an estimate, or hiring Advance Wiring for electrical services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site or our services. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Advance Wiring, a family-run electrical company based in Round Rock, Texas.
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
2. Description of Services
Advance Wiring provides residential and commercial electrical services in Round Rock, North Austin, Georgetown, Leander, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, and the surrounding Central Texas area. Our services include electrical lighting installation, LED lighting installation, electrical wiring and rewiring, electrical panel installation and upgrades, EV charging station installation, and audio/video system installation.
All electrical work is performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local permitting and inspection requirements. Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the scope of work described to us at the time of the estimate. Final pricing is confirmed before any work begins.
3. Estimates, Pricing, and Payment
Free estimates are offered as a courtesy and represent our good-faith assessment of the work described. Because electrical projects can reveal hidden conditions once walls are opened or panels are inspected, the final scope and price may differ from an initial estimate. We will always communicate any change in scope and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.
Payment terms, including deposits for materials and final payment due dates, are agreed upon before work begins. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon completion of the project. Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of scheduling.
4. Scheduling and On-Time Commitment
We pride ourselves on punctuality and clear communication. Appointment times are scheduled in good faith, and we will notify you as early as possible if weather, supply availability, or an emergency call forces a reschedule. Advance Wiring is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, utility company scheduling, or unforeseen site conditions.
5. Warranties and Limitations
Advance Wiring warrants its workmanship for the period stated in your service agreement or proposal. Manufacturer warranties cover fixtures, panels, chargers, and other equipment, and are subject to the individual manufacturer's terms. Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification by others, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advance Wiring's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount actually paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Use of This Website
You may use this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about our services and request an estimate. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, scraping content for commercial use, or interfering with its normal operation.
